Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as Hotel Receptionist in Front Office.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (Property Management System).
• Arabic language speaking, writing and reading.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors in line with brand standards.
• Answer calls and provide information on promotions, prices, activities and events.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Identify corporate leads and build relationships.
• Drive online reviews and manage guest feedback.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments.
• Maintain reception area, handle correspondence and filing, ensure supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for guests.
