Job summary

Hyatt Regency Morristown in Dubai is seeking a Gallery Host - Front Office (Russian Speaker) to deliver courteous, professional, and personalized guest service throughout the guest journey. The Gallery Host acts as the primary contact for guests and contributes to guest satisfaction and hotel revenue objectives.

As an hourly/entry level, full-time frontline role, you will check guests in/out, answer inquiries, promote facilities, and coordinate requests while liaising with multiple departments

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional, and personalized guest service throughout the guest journey.
• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly; resolve complaints to satisfaction.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, and local attractions.
• Coordinate guest arrangements and liaise with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, payments, and currency transactions per policies.
