Job summary

One&Only The Palm is seeking a Front Office Duty Manager for a seasonal opportunity. You will lead the front desk team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high service standards across all guest touchpoints in a luxury resort setting in Dubai.

The role requires 1–2 years in a 5-star hotel, strong front office knowledge, and excellent English communication; fluency in Russian or German is mandatory, with Opera system proficiency and GCC experience considered advantageous.

• Strong understanding of front office operations and guest service standards.
• Excellent English communication; Russian or German language skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations and guest relations during shifts to ensure seamless check-in/check-out.
• Uphold brand standards, service quality, and safety policies while coordinating with other departments.
• Develop and implement daily operational plans; monitor arrivals, departures, and guest requests.
