Job summary

One&Only The Palm Dubai, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Head Waiter/Head Waitress (Russian Speaker) to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering flawless service at a luxury 5-star resort in Dubai. You will supervise and motivate service staff while maintaining resort standards and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in upscale hospitality, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in upscale 5* hotel/resort environments.
• Strong F&B knowledge and guest service skills are required.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager to uphold resort standards and high-quality service.
• Lead service staff to deliver seamless, attentive guest experiences.
• Ensure mise en place, timing, and guest interaction reflect luxury hospitality.
