Job summary

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Head Waiter/Head Waitress (Russian Speaker) to join our Food & Beverage team. You will assist the Restaurant Manager and supervise service to uphold the resort’s high standards, while motivating staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth and precision.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of upscale hotel/resort experience, strong F&B knowledge, excellent English communication, and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in upscale 5★ hotel/resort environment.
• Strong F&B knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and English communication; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and Supervisors to maintain resort standards.
• Lead and motivate service staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure proper mise-en-place and flawless dining room presentation.
• Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues, including high-profile clientele.
• Monitor guest experience and address issues promptly and professionally.
