Job summary

AlphaMind Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise staff, maintain service standards, and partner with the General Manager to meet venue goals while optimizing costs and profitability.

Evening and weekend availability is required. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and a proven track record in high-end venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior Front-of-House management position.
• Experience within high-end restaurants, lounges, hospitality, or nightlife venues is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Strong understanding of beverage operations and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain consistently high standards of food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure clear communication between departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective action as needed.
• Control labor costs and ensure efficient manpower deployment.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
