Job summary

AlphaMind's CLAP Dubai is seeking a Head Waiter to lead front-of-house service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, luxury setting. The role focuses on service excellence, staff coaching, and maintaining top-tier hospitality standards across three spaces.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fine dining, strong knowledge of menus and wine, and the ability to guide guests confidently while managing dynamic team interactions in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house service in high-volume, fine dining or luxury venues.
• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge of service protocols, dining etiquette, and international standards.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverages and ability to guide guests.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively with guests to gather feedback and drive positive impressions.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Master the premium menu and coach team on dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Promote seasonal items and special offerings to enhance guest spend.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and real-time feedback to waiters during service.
• Liaise with restaurant management on issues and guest preferences to improve service.
