Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager/Venue Manager within a premium restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume F&B environment.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, with experience managing budgets, labor, and operating costs.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Asia Asia Abu Dhabi and ensure consistently high standards across all areas.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor, F&B cost, and overall financial performance against budget.
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent guest experience in line with Asia Asia brand standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, succession planning, and staff development.
• Maintain strong operational controls across cash handling, inventory, purchasing, wastage, and payroll.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, HACCP, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of food, beverage, service, cleanliness, presentation, and venue maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Group Operations and support departments including Finance, HR, Purchasing, Marketing, IT, and Facilities.
• Lead management meetings, monitor performance, and ensure agreed actions are delivered.
