Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dubai hospitality with large-scale floor operations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, coaching and staff development abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with kitchen, reservations, and quality control.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-House Operations: Oversees all aspects of front-of-house operations, including greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating table assignments.
• Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensures guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Team Leadership & Development: Leads front-of-house staff by setting high service standards and providing coaching and feedback.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Works with management, kitchen, and service teams to coordinate operations and events.
