Job summary

ISBA by Bagatelle Dubai, a premium-casual dining concept on Palm West Beach, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and hit financial targets. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing upscale or high-volume restaurants, preferably in Dubai.
• Experience in restaurant pre-openings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of local health, safety, and food regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Engaging and personable with excellent communication skills and guest focus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees opening and closing of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to policies and service flow.
• Supports financial targets through staff planning, cost control, and sales performance.
• Leads Front of House team, preserves high service standards and product knowledge.
• Maintains warm dining atmosphere, handles feedback, and resolves issues proactively.
• Collaborates with kitchen and management to uphold brand hospitality standards.
