Job summary

TAG Dynamics is seeking a professional receptionist to manage daily front desk operations in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You will warmly welcome visitors, screen calls, and coordinate with the Guest Services team to ensure a smooth experience for customers and partners.

The role requires strong English communication, basic Arabic, and a polished, service-oriented appearance. Prior experience in reception or customer service is preferred, with HubSpot CRM exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Good spoken and understanding of Arabic is required; English remains the primary working language.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and presentation of the TAG Dynamics reception area.
• Welcome and professionally receive customers, visitors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate employee or department.
• Receive and respond to general customer and visitor enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
• Notify the relevant TAG Dynamics employee when customers or visitors arrive.
• Maintain accurate visitor registration and reception records.
• Coordinate with the Guest Services Executive regarding customer, VIP, and other important visitor arrivals.
• Support the Guest Services Executive with visitor and customer requirements when requested.
