Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels - Middle East is seeking a attentive Hotel Receptionist to warmly greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and manage inquiries in a fast-paced Dubai environment. You will maintain accuracy in payments and reporting while delivering exceptional service in line with brand standards.

Requirements include Opera PMS knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Arabic language skills are essential to serve our diverse guest base.

• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
• Promote customer feedback and monitor online mentions for improvements.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests and address complaints.
