Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels - Middle East in Dubai seeks a guest‑focused Hotel Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out, handle reservations and payments with accuracy, and deliver outstanding service in a fast‑paced environment. You will communicate effectively, provide information on promotions and local activities, work with Opera PMS, and maintain front desk operations.

Arabic language proficiency is required; one year of front desk hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as Hotel Receptionist.
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
• Arabic language skills (speaking, writing and reading).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, answer calls with a warm, brand-aligned approach.
• Provide information on room prices, promotions, activities and events.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately and securely.
• Handle payments according to cash procedures and report accurately.
