Job summary

Qualifications

• Hospitality degree and experience in Front Office within a hotel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional language a plus.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Opera is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests to achieve high satisfaction through personalized service.
• Greet guests by name when possible and escort to their rooms to make them feel welcome.
• Handle in-room and hotel activity inquiries and requests from guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, local services, and events to answer queries.
• Manage front desk cashiering and process check-ins/outs with accurate postings of charges.
• Protect guest privacy and uphold hotel policies and service standards.
