Job summary

Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate Guest Service Agent / Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering warm, professional service during check-in, check-out, and all guest interactions, while upholding IHG brand standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor''s in Hospitality or related field, with 1–2 years'' experience in a hotel environment, strong English skills, and experience with Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, or Front Office Associate in a four- or five-star hotel.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; Arabic or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Handle room reservations, guest registrations, billing, and payment transactions accurately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, and IHG One Rewards to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
