Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of supervisory or managerial experience in high-volume hypermarket or fast-paced grocery retail.
• Certified in HACCP and compliant with UAE food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Fresh Food section, ensuring product availability and strong visual merchandising.
• Monitor inventory, manage supplier deliveries, and control shrinkage to protect margins.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints on the shop floor and improve customer satisfaction/NPS.
