Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Freelance HR Consultant in the UAE to support us on a project basis. The consultant should be based in the UAE and available for onsite engagements, with strong UAE HR experience and deep knowledge of JAFZA Labour Laws and HR compliance.

You will draft and review HR policies, advise on annual leave, leave salary, EOSB/gratuity calculations, and provide general HR advisory support as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UAE HR experience with knowledge of local labour laws.
• Strong understanding of JAFZA regulations and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in drafting HR policies and advising on employee entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Provide offsite HR advisory support on a project basis.
• Draft and review HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Advise on annual leave, leave salary, EOSB/gratuity calculations.
• Assist with UAE employment practices and HR compliance matters as needed.
