Job summary

Sundus in the UAE is seeking an experienced Freelance HR Consultant to support us on a project‑as‑needed basis. The role is onsite in UAE and available ASAP.

You will provide offsite HR advisory covering policy drafting, guidance on JAFZA Labour Laws and HR compliance, and advice on annual leave, leave salary, EOSB/gratuity and employee entitlements, while also supporting UAE employment practices, policy updates and compliance matters on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UAE HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and JAFZA regulations.
• Experience in HR consulting/advisory roles.
• Expertise in HR policies, employee benefits and EOSB calculations.
• Availability for flexible, offsite consulting assignments.
