Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced HR payroll professional in Abu Dhabi to oversee leave administration, payroll inputs, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. You will coordinate with Finance, maintain employee records, and address queries related to leave, attendance, and payroll.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, Excel proficiency, and excellent attention to detail. Tagalog language is preferred and candidates of Filipino nationality are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Contracting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll, WPS, leave, and attendance management.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Tagalog language will be preferred.
• Preferably male Filipino candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave administration in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, and leave.
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll processing, payments, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to leave, attendance, and payroll.
• Prepare HR reports and support other HR activities as required.
