Q Communications Dubai seeks a Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist to execute, optimize and report on digital campaigns across major paid media channels. This role suits a self-driven marketer who can work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive measurable results.

You will manage campaigns end to end, translate data into insights and help clients achieve acquisition and growth objectives through strong analytics, testing, and cross-industry adaptability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong quantitative background.
• Up to 3+ years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience, freelance or in-house.
• Experience with paid media across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, hospitality, or tech; strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn Ads.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, attribution and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns end to end, translating data into insights and driving client acquisition and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on strategy and optimize performance.
• Monitor and optimize budgets, creatives and targeting across channels, with testing and reporting.
