Responsibilities

• Franchise Development & Expansion: identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in UAE and GCC; negotiate and finalize franchise agreements; support new outlet openings.
• Operational Oversight: ensure franchisees comply with brand standards; conduct audits; monitor sales, profitability and KPIs.
• Training & Support: train franchisees and teams on operations, service and brand values; provide ongoing support.
• Marketing & Brand Promotion: collaborate with marketing teams to implement regional promotions; ensure local activities align with brand guidelines.
• Reporting & Communication: report performance challenges and opportunities to corporate; serve as focal point between franchisees and corporate.
