Job summary

The Team Builders is seeking an experienced Franchise Development Manager to drive expansion of a well-established hospitality brand across the UAE and GCC. You will lead franchise sales, structure deals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signing with strategic partners.

We're looking for someone with deep GCC F&B market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a robust investor/operator network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in franchise development or franchise sales within QSR or casual dining.
• Strong knowledge of GCC F&B market dynamics.
• Arabic speaker mandatory.
• Currently based in UAE or GCC region.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise sales and development strategy across UAE & GCC markets.
• Identify and secure new franchise partners in target regions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research for expansion opportunities.
• Structure franchise proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Manage the full franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.
• Coordinate internally with operations, legal, finance and marketing teams.
• Build strong relationships with investors, family offices and F&B operators.
• Represent the brand at regional franchise exhibitions and networking events.
