Job summary

Plahton is embedding a regional partnerships function from Dubai, opening and closing deals with top-tier material brands across the MENA region. You will define commercial terms, shape category strategy and onboarding playbooks, and collaborate with product to align brand needs with the platform.

This founding role offers equity, Dubai-based hybrid work, and regional travel as we scale the business and establish category leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partnerships, BD or enterprise sales in interiors, construction, design or related industries.
• Existing relationships across MENA's design, architecture or materials ecosystem.
• Comfortable owning a number and building the motion to hit it.

Responsibilities

• Open and close partnerships with top-tier material brands across MENA.
• Define commercial terms, category strategy and onboarding playbooks.
• Work with product on what brands actually need to commit to the platform.
• Build and lead the regional partnerships function as we scale.
