Job summary

WinproFX is seeking a Business Development Manager with an established Forex/CFD client book to drive growth. The role focuses on onboarding new partners, expanding existing accounts, and forming strategic partnerships across the currency markets.

Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, a proven track record of meeting targets, and a network of IBs, affiliates, or partners to leverage for expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex/CFD, brokerage, or financial markets.
• Must have an existing book of clients.
• Strong network of clients, IBs, affiliates, or partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven with a focus on business growth.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new clients, IBs, and business partners.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
