Job summary

Doo Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in Forex, CFDs, and multi-asset trading. This is not an entry-level role; you must have an established network of traders, IBs, Money Managers, affiliations, and institutional clients to generate business from month one.

The role involves meetings, negotiations, and close collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Dealing teams to meet monthly KPIs, deposits, and trading volume, while expanding the client

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.
• Proven ability to generate deposits and acquire new clients.
• Existing network of traders, IBs, affiliates, or business partners.
• Fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Experience with international Forex/CFD brokers.
• Strong understanding of MT4 & MT5, rebates, spreads, leverage, PAMM/MAM, copy trading.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the company's client base within assigned markets.
• Generate new funded accounts, net deposits, and trading volume.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct online and face-to-face business meetings.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Dealing teams.
• Achieve monthly business development and sales KPIs.
