Job summary

ARAKKAL GOLD & DIAMONDS L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a Dealing Executive to onboard clients, place forex trades offline, and provide ongoing customer support.

You will act as a primary liaison between clients and the trading desk, ensuring accurate trade placement and timely responses to inquiries. The role requires strong knowledge of the forex market, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MetaTrader5, Excel, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of forex dealing experience; freshers welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of forex market dynamics, trading strategies, order types, and technical analysis.
• Proficiency in trading platforms MetaTrader5, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are advantageous.

The Dealing Executive handles client onboarding trade execution and customer support requiring good knowledge of the forex market and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
• Onboarding the customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
• Trade Placing: Execute forex trades for offline customers
• Market Analysis and Guidance: Provide clients with market insights to help them make informed decisions
• Platform Support: Assisting clients with account opening procedures and platform usage queries and trade placing
• Reporting: Preparing the customer statement and financial reports as per the management needs
• Risk Management: Ensure all trading activities and client interactions comply with internal company policies
• Compliance: Handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a forex dealing role; freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, economics, or a related field is often preferred.
• Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of forex market dynamics, trading strategies, order types, and technical analysis is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in trading platforms MetaTrader5, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They should be goal-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working effectively under pressure. Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, with additional languages is an advantage.
