Job summary

Tiger Recruitment's client in Dubai is seeking a Senior Forex Backend Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day trading and backend operations within a live Forex/CFD brokerage.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on MT5 Administrator and MT5 Manager experience, plus Centroid Bridge expertise, and will work with liquidity providers and execution systems in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' hands-on experience in Forex/CFD brokerage operations.
• Strong MT5 Administrator and MT5 Manager experience.
• Hands-on Centroid Bridge experience essential.
• Experience with liquidity providers, order routing, symbol mapping and execution.
• Understanding of Forex/CFD trading infrastructure.
• Experience with payments and reconciliation.
• Strong Excel, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, live trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across MT5 Administrator and MT5 Manager.
• Create and manage client accounts, groups, symbols, leverage, spreads, swaps and commissions.
• Manage and monitor Centroid Bridge and liquidity provider connectivity.
• Handle symbol mapping, order routing and execution monitoring.
• Troubleshoot pricing, connectivity, execution and platform issues.
• Monitor spreads, slippage, client exposure and trading activity.
• Manage deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payment-related issues.
• Perform daily reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Support IB, PAMM/MAM and Copy Trading operations.
• Work closely with LPs, technical teams, Finance, Risk and Compliance.

Our client, a growing financial services business in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Senior Forex Backend Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day trading and backend operations within a live Forex/CFD brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across MT5 Administrator and MT5 Manager.
• Create and manage client accounts, groups, symbols, leverage, spreads, swaps and commissions.
• Manage and monitor Centroid Bridge and liquidity provider (LP) connectivity.
• Handle symbol mapping, order routing and execution monitoring.
• Troubleshoot pricing, connectivity, execution and platform issues.
• Monitor spreads, slippage, client exposure and trading activity.
• Manage deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payment-related issues.
• Perform daily reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Support IB, PAMM/MAM and Copy Trading operations.
