You will support order processing, maintain workstation readiness, and contribute to store KPIs. The role involves rotating across cashiering, order management, kitchen dispatch, and guest services, with strong emphasis on safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the personal development plan set by the management team
• Collaborate with peers and support onboarding of new Emirati trainees, if requested
• Ensure readiness of assigned workstations through proactive stock and quality checks
• Contribute to achieving store KPIs and performance targets through excellence in service
• Participate in rotational assignments across cashiering, order management, kitchen dispatch, and guest services
• (BOH Coordination: 20% / Cashiering: 25% /Order Management: 25%/ Guest Services: 30%)
• Be trained in various tasks to ensure you are well-equipped to supervise and guide team members who perform these roles
• Support order accuracy and prompt service for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery
• Operate POS and kitchen equipment in line with safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain food quality by following holding times and preparation guidelines
• Report any discrepancies or malfunctions to the duty manager
• Provide feedback to improve store processes and customer experience
• Greeting and Assisting Customers: The role requires greeting customers with professionalism and courtesy. This includes assisting them with their needs and ensuring they have a pleasant experience in the store.
• Addressing Customer Concerns: Minor customer concerns should be addressed effectively and escalated to the appropriate personnel when necessary. This ensures that issues are resolved promptly and do not affect the overall customer experience.
• Providing Product Information: Accurate product information should be provided to customers. This includes details about the products, their features, and any current offers or promotions.
• Encouraging Feedback: Customers should be encouraged to fill out rating or customer experience survey forms. This feedback is valuable for improving store processes and customer satisfaction.
