Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Laduree standards
• Ensure excellent customer service, manage complaints and guest satisfaction
• Supervise training, support and evaluation of staff including schedules and performance
• Monitor service flow from guest arrival to checkout to ensure consistency
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety, HACCP and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory, stock levels, wastage control and equipment maintenance
• Supervise cash handling, POS transactions and daily financial reporting
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, labour cost and food cost targets
• Promote teamwork, effective communication and a professional working environment
