• Oversee Daily Operations - Manage the smooth and efficient operation of all restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and banqueting services.
• Elevate Guest Experiences - Champion personalised service, anticipate guest needs, and ensure effective service recovery to create memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain Brand Standards - Conduct regular operational walkthroughs to uphold exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, presentation, and product quality.

• Ensure Quality and Compliance - Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards in accordance with local regulations, HACCP principles, and hotel policies.
• Develop Future Leaders - Foster continuous learning, identify talent, support succession planning, and create meaningful career development opportunities for team members.
• Collaborate Across Departments - Partner with Culinary, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Events teams to deliver seamless operations and achieve shared business objectives.
• Champion Operational Excellence - Continuously review processes, service standards, and operational practices to improve efficiency, elevate quality, and exceed guest expectations.
