Conrad Dubai, part of the Hilton family, is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales - MICE to drive luxury MICE and group business across the UAE and international markets. You will lead proactive sales initiatives, build enduring client partnerships, and collaborate with Hilton teams to deliver memorable events.

You will shape pricing strategies, identify new opportunities, and oversee sales administration while upholding the brand's exceptional standards and guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Drive Strategic Sales Growth – Lead proactive sales initiatives through client engagements and events, delivering against revenue targets and hotel sales strategies.
• Develop MICE and Group Business – Identify opportunities across meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and groups to position Conrad Dubai as a luxury destination.
• Build Lasting Client Partnerships – Nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients through tailored engagement and events.
• Manage Key Market Segments – Own assigned markets and accounts, crafting plans to grow share across rooms, meetings and events, and F&B.
• Identify New Business Opportunities – Research trends to generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline.
• Optimise Revenue Performance – Support pricing strategies, group thresholds, and space utilisation to maximise revenue.
• Maintain Commercial Excellence – Align proposals and contracts with Conrad and Hilton standards and objectives.
• Collaborate Across Hilton – Work with Hilton sales teams and hotel departments to generate inquiries and ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee Sales Administration – Maintain client databases, files, and reports with timely, professional communication.
• Represent Conrad Dubai with Distinction – Participate in trade shows and client events to strengthen luxury corporate and MICE presence.
• Support Sales Leadership – Attend meetings, present opportunities, and lead internal meetings when needed.
• Champion Exceptional Experiences – Partner with operations to understand client visions and ensure memorable guest journeys.
• Uphold Safety and Professional Standards – Follow hotel safety policies and undertake additional duties as directed by leadership

As Assistant Director of Sales - Mice at Conrad Dubai, you’ll help shape and deliver our sales strategy, cultivate lasting client relationships, drive revenue growth across rooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage, and lead the development of our Groups and MICE business. Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as an Assistant Director of Sales - Mice at Conrad Dubai:

• Drive Strategic Sales Growth – Lead proactive sales initiatives through regular client appointments, off-site visits, sales presentations, roadshows and industry events, delivering against agreed revenue targets, KPIs and hotel sales strategies.
• Develop MICE and Group Business – Identify, pursue and secure lucrative opportunities across meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and group bookings, positioning Conrad Dubai as a preferred luxury destination in the UAE and international markets.
• Build Lasting Client Partnerships – Nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients through personalised engagement, property tours, site inspections, familiarisation visits, networking events and client dinners tailored to their business objectives.
• Manage Key Market Segments – Take ownership of assigned markets and accounts, developing targeted sales plans that strengthen market share, encourage repeat business and maximise opportunities across accommodation, meetings and events, and food and beverage.
• Identify New Business Opportunities – Research local, regional and global market trends to generate qualified leads, expand the sales pipeline and achieve agreed new-business targets through creative and commercially focused initiatives.
• Optimise Revenue Performance – Support the Director of Sales and hotel leadership in developing pricing strategies, group thresholds, space utilisation plans and market-mix strategies, using competitor intelligence, demand analysis and distribution-channel performance to maximise revenue.
• Maintain Commercial Excellence – Review sales proposals and contracts to ensure alignment with Conrad and Hilton standards, agreed commercial strategies and business objectives, while balancing revenue opportunities with client expectations.
• Collaborate Across Hilton – Build productive relationships with Hilton sales teams and internal hotel departments to generate MICE enquiries, strengthen market reach and deliver seamless experiences from initial enquiry through to event execution.
• Oversee Sales Administration – Maintain accurate client databases, account files and development plans, prepare reports within agreed deadlines, and ensure prompt, professional communication across all sales channels and business correspondence.
• Represent Conrad Dubai with Distinction – Participate in key trade shows, exhibitions, sales trips and client events, showcasing the hotel’s distinctive offering and strengthening its reputation among luxury corporate and MICE clients.
• Support Sales Leadership – Attend regular sales meetings, performance reviews and business briefings, present new business opportunities, contribute to strategic planning and lead internal meetings in the Director of Sales’ absence when required.
• Champion Exceptional Experiences – Partner closely with operational teams to understand each client’s vision, anticipate requirements and ensure thoughtful attention to detail throughout the guest journey, helping create memorable stays and successful events.
• Uphold Safety and Professional Standards – Follow hotel policies and procedures, maintain awareness of fire safety, health, hygiene and workplace safety requirements, and undertake additional duties and special projects as directed by hotel leadership.
