Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily beverage and dining operations within a luxury hotel environment.

You will lead a team, ensure HACCP compliance, guest service excellence, cost control, and cross‑department coordination with Kitchen and Housekeeping.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage, and prior wine service experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive wine knowledge and demonstrated wine service skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Food & Beverage experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale setting.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience in F&B is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service operations.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.

Job Description

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet and ensuring the highest standards of guest service, product quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
