Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times. You will act as the vital link between Senior F&B Managers and the team, guiding communication and efficient operation across departments.

Responsibilities include conducting training, addressing guest complaints promptly, and upholding departmental SOPs while collaborating with Kitchen and Stewarding to maintain smooth service at Yas Plaza Hotels on Yas Island,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication link between Senior F&B Managers and the team.
• Ensure effective communication of F&B matters across departments.
• Conduct regular training sessions with assigned team per SOPs.
• Assist in handling guest complaints promptly and report incidents to managers.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Stewarding to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager in enforcing Standards and Procedures.

About the Job

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor who will ensure that an excellent guest experience will be delivered at all times. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will act as the vital communication link between the Senior F and B Managers and ensure accurate and effective communication with all the team members regarding F and B matters.

About You

• Should be a college/university graduate, or a similar field will be an asset.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
• Working knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Committed and reliable.
• Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and Stewarding to ensure a smooth-running operation.
• Ability to conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOPs.
• Assist in handling any guest complaints or problems promptly and ensure that all resolved / unresolved incidents are reported to your Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager.
• Used coaching techniques and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Assist the Outlet Manager/Assistant. Manager in the operation and validate all the Standards and Procedures for the department.
