Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking an Agent, Guest Relations in Abu Dhabi to warmly welcome guests and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.

You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate requests, and liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences while maintaining confidentiality of guest records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest relations, concierge, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences to enhance their experience and exceed expectations.
• Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests, including restaurant reservations, transportation, and celebrations.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular checks with guests to ensure their comfort and address any concerns.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests' overall experience.
• Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and departures, including escorting guests to their rooms and providing personalized amenities.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on hotel promotions, events, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Guest Relations Manager or other supervisory personnel.
• Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards.

About the Job

As an Agent, Guest Relations at Yas Plaza Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs throughout their stay. You will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance, resolving inquiries or issues, and creating memorable moments that exceed guest expectations.

• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency or proficiency in Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, or French would be considered an advantage and is preferred, depending on the requirements of the position.
