Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels is seeking a friendly Hostess to create a welcoming dining experience at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. You will greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and liaise with the team to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and you will help keep reception areas tidy and assist staff during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is often preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Respond to customer inquiries about the menu, restaurant policies, and other services.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and tidy.
• Support wait staff and other team members as needed, especially during busy periods
