Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Channel Management, Distributor Management, Regional Sales Management, or related function in FMCG/consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel management strategies to ensure consistent execution across the UAE market.
• Manage the full distributor lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, capability development, and exit management.
• Establish and optimise distributor governance frameworks with product knowledge, commercial capabilities, and operational support.
