Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi seeks a Revenue Management Flight Analyst to join the Network Optimization team. You will drive inventory management, forecast demand, and optimize overbooking to maximize revenue across the global network.

You will partner with Revenue Management, Market and Group teams, analyze trends using PROS and data sources, and deliver actionable insights that support network profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a numerate discipline.
• 4+ years in travel industry with at least 2 years in Revenue Management, Commercial Sales, or analytics
• Previous experience with inventory management and Revenue Management systems is beneficial
• Experience with PROS or equivalent RM systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to interpret large datasets
• Commercial acumen with a passion for aviation and revenue optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Forecast no-show and cancellation trends; optimize overbooking to maximize revenue while balancing guest experience and denied boarding costs.
• Monitor forward booking trends; analyze route performance and correct forecast imbalances with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Network Operations and Airport Managers to manage flights and balance operational efficiency with customer outcomes.
• Design and implement inventory management approaches; evaluate revenue dilution risks and produce reporting showing trends and impact.
