Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Demand Manager to lead forecasting and revenue optimization across the global network. You will apply analytics, market intelligence, and strategic insights to influence commercial outcomes in a high-growth airline environment.

You will partner with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, and Alliances, using advanced RM systems to drive demand strategies during peak travel periods and ensure alignment with growth priorities.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent analytical experience.
• 5 years working experience in a numerate and analytical role.
• Familiarity with airline systems such as PROS, Origin & Destination Systems, GDS.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar reporting tools.
• Strong forecasting capabilities and translating data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting across assigned markets and contribute to achieving network revenue and PRASK targets.
• Develop forecasts across cabin class, departure time, day of week, origin, and destination.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand patterns, and competitor pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Alliances, E-commerce, and other commercial teams.
• Leverage RM systems and analytics tools to optimize performance and drive commercial outcomes.
