Job summary

TALENTMATE in Dubai is seeking a Fleet Response & Monitoring Operator to monitor the operational status of autonomous vehicles and coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies from our Dubai location.

The role requires strong situational awareness, clear communication, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately to developing situations. Previous control room or fleet monitoring experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre, fleet monitoring environment or similar operation preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making ability.
• Ability to remain calm and focused during incidents or emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the real-time operational status of autonomous vehicles.
• Identify and respond to traffic accidents, emergencies and operational incidents.
• Rapidly dispatch emergency work orders to relevant ground support teams.
• Coordinate on-site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with ground teams during incidents.
• Execute map interruption processes in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Monitor incident progress through to appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions and responses.
• Follow established emergency response and operational procedures at all times.

• Ability to remain calm and focused during incidents or emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with monitoring systems.
• Ability to follow escalation procedures accurately.
• Experience within transportation, automotive, logistics or mobility operations would be advantageous.
