TALENTMATE invites an Associate-level Vehicle Operations Support to coordinate the day-to-day operations of an autonomous vehicle fleet in Dubai. The role focuses on vehicle availability, maintenance, energy requirements, and ensuring procedures are followed.

The candidate should have experience in fleet or automotive operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records. UAE driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with UAE automotive/fleet environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vehicle-related operational activities within the assigned city or operational area.
• Implement and maintain vehicle management procedures in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and servicing requirements.
• Support vehicle repair activities and follow up on completion.
• Coordinate vehicle fueling, charging or other energy requirements.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready and available when required.
• Procure and coordinate vehicle operational supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records relating to vehicle maintenance and operational activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers where required.
• Support the efficient day-to-day management of the autonomous vehicle fleet.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Vehicle Operations Support professional to coordinate and manage the day-to-day operational requirements of an autonomous vehicle fleet.

The role will support vehicle availability, maintenance, repairs, energy/fueling requirements and operational supplies while ensuring vehicle management procedures are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vehicle-related operational activities within the assigned city or operational area.
• Implement and maintain vehicle management procedures in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and servicing requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven automotive environment.
• UAE automotive or fleet experience would be advantageous.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
