Job summary

TALENTMATE in Dubai seeks a Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of an autonomous vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, maintenance, and energy requirements.

You will coordinate servicing, repairs, fueling, and supplies while maintaining records and liaising with internal teams and external service providers. UAE driving licence preferred; tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, vehicle coordination, transportation or a similar environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing processes.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven automotive environment.
• UAE automotive or fleet experience would be advantageous.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready and available when required.
• Procure and coordinate vehicle operational supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records relating to vehicle maintenance and operational activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers where required.
• Support the efficient day-to-day management of the autonomous vehicle fleet.

Role Overview
