Job summary

POWERTECH, a propulsion technologies company, seeks a Fleet Coordinator to manage the vehicle fleet and driver workforce in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee day-to-day driver scheduling, vehicle maintenance coordination, fuel management, and fleet compliance in a cost-efficient manner.

The role includes maintaining fleet records, coordinating preventive maintenance, and producing weekly/monthly reports for the Logistics Manager to ensure audit readiness and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in fleet coordination, transport management, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of UAE traffic/transport regulations and vehicle compliance requirements.
• Experience with fleet management/GPS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries and staff transport.
• Maintain a live fleet register with vehicle, driver, and service history.
• Manage fuel spend and monitor for anomalies or consumption trends.
• Prepare regular fleet and KPI reports for audits and leadership.
