Job summary

POWERTECH is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to manage vehicle fleets, driver workforce, and logistics operations. You will schedule drivers, oversee maintenance, monitor fuel spend, and ensure regulatory compliance across UAE sites.

Responsibilities include maintaining rosters, coordinating transport requests, and producing KPI reports to support audit readiness and cost control.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of fleet coordination or logistics operations experience.
• Working knowledge of UAE traffic/transport regulations and vehicle compliance requirements.
• Experience with fleet management / GPS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch logistics drivers for supplier pickups, transfers, and customer/site deliveries.
• Coordinate administrative drivers for staff, executive, and inter-site transport requests.
• Maintain daily/weekly driver rosters, coverage plans, and shift handovers.
• Maintain a live fleet register: vehicle type, registration, mileage, service history.
• Monitor and report fleet operating costs and ensure compliance with regulations.
