Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Transport Operations Coordinator to manage daily fleet and transport operations across projects. You will schedule drivers, allocate vehicles, monitor registrations, and coordinate with PRO and HSE teams to ensure smooth mobilization and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in transport or logistics, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including after-hours

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport, fleet, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations, vehicle registration, and fleet management.
• Experience in driver scheduling and fleet coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and support operational requirements beyond regular working hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily transport operations across multiple projects.
• Schedule and allocate drivers and vehicles based on operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle registration renewals and coordinate inspections and renewals with the PRO.
• Handle daily operational communications related to mobilization, airport arrivals/departures, medicals, vaccinations, and CICPA passes.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, workshop follow-ups, breakdown assistance, and replacement vehicles.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and coordinate with the Procurement Department.
• Manage accident recovery, towing arrangements, and coordinate repairs with the HSE team.
• Prepare monthly driver attendance, overtime, fuel consumption, Salik, and traffic fine reports.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and support smooth day-to-day transport operations.
