Job summary

Business Umbrella is hiring a Fleet Manager in the UAE to oversee the client’s fleet and drive safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations from Sharjah. The role requires strong leadership to supervise drivers and coordinate maintenance, registrations, insurance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high safety standards.

You will monitor fleet performance, optimise costs, and manage KPIs using SAP, ensuring adherence to UAE traffic rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Fleet Manager in FMCG/manufacturing.
• SAP experience is a must.
• UAE experience and knowledge of UAE traffic and transport regulations.

• Supervise drivers, schedules, attendance and safety performance.
• Track fleet utilisation, costs and KPIs in SAP.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Fleet Manager in an FMCG / manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience is a must.
• UAE experience is required; candidates must currently be in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic and transport regulations.

Working Details:

• Location: Sharjah / Ajman, UAE (on-site).
• 5 days a week, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
