Job summary

Eurostar Rent-A-Car in the UAE seeks a motivated Leasing Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations, manage contracts and renewals, and handle documentation to ensure smooth processes.

Working with customers, sales, fleet, and operations teams, you will monitor fleet availability, oversee deliveries and replacements, and maintain accurate leasing records and reports for reliable service across our Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in car rental, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or automotive operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE vehicle leasing/rental processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations and customer requirements.
• Manage leasing contracts, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, delivery, collection, and replacements.
• Liaise with customers, sales, fleet, and operations teams.
• Monitor fleet availability and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.
