Job summary

STAR Services seeks an organized Operations & Inventory Coordinator to manage daily van movements, domestic logistics, and inventory across the UAE. You will work with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely operations, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and using AI tools to automate routine tasks.

The ideal candidate has UAE logistics know-how, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate across warehouses, suppliers, and sites in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong UAE domestic logistics knowledge and coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple vehicles/drivers and daily movements.

Responsibilities

• Daily van and fleet movement planning; coordinate with drivers and sites.
• Arrange and track domestic logistics, deliveries, and transfers across UAE.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound inventory and warehouse activities.
• Assist with customs basics and clearance procedures when needed.
• Use AI tools to improve schedules, reports and follow-ups.
• Maintain daily trackers and follow up to close tasks on time.
