Job summary

Star Services in the UAE seeks an Operations & Inventory Coordinator to manage day-to-day domestic logistics, inventory movements, and vehicle scheduling across locations. You will plan daily van movements, coordinate drivers, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate has strong UAE logistics knowledge, excels at follow-up, and is comfortable using AI tools to boost efficiency while coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, and drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, transportation, inventory, or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE domestic logistics and transport.
• Experience coordinating multiple vehicles and daily movements.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and operational trackers.
• Comfortable with AI tools for productivity.
• UAE driving license; Arabic skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily movement of company vans between locations and sites.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, transfers, and movements across warehouses and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate inventory receipts, dispatches, transfers and returns.
• Assist with UAE customs and clearance procedures and related documentation.
• Utilize AI tools to improve daily operations and analytics.
• Act as the central point of contact between drivers, warehouses, sites, suppliers, and partners.
