Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment LLC seeks a Fleet Manager to oversee the complete fleet lifecycle, drive performance, and ensure compliance. The role requires strong leadership, vendor negotiations, and ERP system proficiency within a fast-paced environment in Dubai.

The candidate will optimize vehicle utilization, reduce downtime, and manage operational costs while collaborating with technology teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 5+ years in fleet management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing mechanical and body repair operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP fleet management systems.
• Experience with vendor negotiations, SLA management, and fleet compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete fleet lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Improve fleet performance, operational efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor SLA and KPI adherence with workshops, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular operational audits to ensure safety, regulatory and company policy compliance.

Fleet Operations ManagementOversee the complete fleet lifecycle including vehicle acquisition onboarding maintenance and disposal Implement industry best practices to improve fleet performance operational efficiency and compliance Monitor and ensure SLA and KPI adherence with workshops vendors and internal stakeholders Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with safety regulatory and company policies Collaborate with technology and ERP teams to enhance fleet management systems and reporting capabilities Develop strategies to improve vehicle utilization reduce downtime and optimize operational costs We’re looking for a Fleet Manager who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, operational leadership, and process optimization skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Experience

5+ years in fleet management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing mechanical and body repair operations.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

In-depth understanding of automobile maintenance, body repair, and diagnostics.
