Al Kabeer Group in Sharjah seeks an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee daily fleet operations, scheduling and routing to meet service demands.

You will enforce safety protocols, maintain records, coordinate with garages and insurers, and manage preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and costs. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, SCM or Business Administration and 5–7 years of fleet management experience are required; CFM certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in fleet management.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance scheduling and routing.
• Familiarity with fleet safety, inspections and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily fleet operations and optimize vehicle deployment and routing.
• Ensure vehicles have valid registrations, insurance, permits and documentation.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and manage repairs and parts inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, fuel, mileage, accidents, fines and driver documents.
• Coordinate with garages, workshops and insurance providers.

Description du poste

Oversee daily fleet operations ensuring efficient vehicle deployment scheduling and routing to meet service demands.

Fleet Compliance

• Ensure all vehicles have valid registration insurance permits and other required documentation.
• Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and compliance measures including vehicle inspections driver training and adherence to transportation regulations.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan optimizing repair schedules and parts inventory.

Fleet Records

Vendor Coordination

• strong strong Liaise with garages workshops insurance providers and other fleet-related service providers.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in fleet management, with a proven track record of operational success.

Certified Fleet Manager (CFM) or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.

Extensive experience in the transportation or logistics industry, understanding diverse operational challenges.
